  1. There is no spesific time length to use waisttrainer. According to experts you should not use longer than 4 -5 hours a day.​

  2. You should not use  it while you are sleeping or eating. 

  3. You should take off your waisttrainer right before go to the bed or before have your meal.

  4. You can either wear your waisttrainer on your clothes or under your clothes. We would suggest you to wear on your clothes but either way because of anti-allergen fabric will pretend any skin issues. 

  5. You can wear your waisttrainer while you are exercising or hiking or any activity in day.
